    Tin Man says hello. I was confused a bit because your vid of 12 days ago had the bands at the ankle, this one above the knee. same exercises save one. I used a strap at ankle level and only after did i see the 12 day old vid which meant I was good. I could vary the resistance on the machine at the gym and had a good workout, as my left hip is lonely and needs lots of attention. thanks Jefe.

    Thank you for sharing. I’m gonna check out your page to see if you have anything for at home workouts for middle back pain etc ❤ I desperately need it other than pelvic tilts I need more in depth training for my back and butt etc

    My ‘C’ is from the SI to the lower hip on the side. Tomorrow I’ll see how I feel and let you know. My issue is tingling bilaterally from butt to calves and or feet. left hip is the main pain aside from nerve tingling. I told the doc it feels like a nerve is in a vice.

    If I don’t have hip pain how will this exercise affect me? I’m just trying to have healthy, flexible hips and want to strengthen them now before anything happens. Do you have a video on good exercises for preventing injuries?

    I've been having this stabbing pain on my front left hip like the top part of my pelvic bone (iliac?) since March 2024 due to overwork (sedentary to workout). I can do almost any movements almost pain free but the stabbing pain on that hip I mentioned, always occur when I'm walking mid-stance (on left leg). When I try the first exercise on my left leg, the only pain was when my thigh is straight. Exactly the same position mid stance when walking. My XRay came out good, no dislocation. What's your thought on this?

    can c-shape be caused by improper back inversion? radiating from low back/sacrum
